Ventura Highway – A Tribute to America
Sunday, March 14, 2027 at Campus JAX in Newport Beach
Doors open at 5:00 PM | Show starts at 6:00 PM
Experience an unforgettable evening of classic 1970s soft rock as Ventura Highway takes the stage at Newport Beach's premier live music supper club, Campus JAX. This performance marks a special hometown celebration for the band's leader and award-winning guitarist, Jeff Ellis, who is the group's sole Newport Harbor High School alumnus.
Ellis has assembled an elite lineup of Southern California's finest musicians to bring this timeless music to life. Featuring members who have toured and performed with iconic acts such as Frampton Comes Alive, Leatherwolf, Led Zepagain, and The Long Run, Ventura Highway faithfully captures the warmth, soaring acoustic layers, and signature three-part vocal harmonies that defined a generation.
The evening will feature live performances of America's legendary catalog of radio classics, including:
A Horse with No Name
Sister Golden Hair
Ventura Highway
Tin Man
Lonely People
